Precious Twenty-One Photography LLC Studio Policies:
1. Session Booking and Payment:
Booking Your Session: We’re excited to work with you! To reserve your session date and time, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are needed. This way, we can hold your spot exclusively for you.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. For your convenience, payments can be made via online invoice.
Bundle Sessions: For families who want to capture multiple milestones (such as maternity, newborn, and 6-month/1-year sessions), we offer flexible payment for each session as scheduled, or enjoy the bundle offer.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:
Rescheduling by You: We understand that life can be unpredictable! Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. One reschedule is complimentary for unexpected changes, while additional rescheduling may incur in additional fee.
Weather Rescheduling: For outdoor sessions, we’ll keep an eye on the forecast and reschedule at no extra cost if weather is a concern.
Photographer-Initiated Rescheduling: In the rare event that we need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency, we will work with you to find the soonest possible date that suits everyone.
3. Session Experience:
Arriving on Time: To make the most of your session, we encourage you to arrive on time. Each session is thoughtfully planned to fit within a specific timeframe, and we want to give you the full experience! If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. We’ll make the best of the remaining time, but please note that extending the session may not be possible.
Newborn and Children’s Sessions: We conduct newborn sessions in our in-home studio in Woodbury, where your baby’s safety, comfort, and well-being are our highest priorities.
Pets: We welcome pets in family sessions (just let us know in advance so we can be prepared).
4. Image Selection, Editing, and Delivery:
Image Proofing and Selection: Within a week after your session, we’ll share a proof gallery with you online. You can select your favorite images for final editing. Want more than your collection includes? No problem! Extra edited images can be added.
Final Editing: Each final image includes our signature editing and color correction for a polished look. If you have unique retouching requests, we can accommodate them for an additional fee.
Image Delivery: Final digital images are delivered through an online gallery, while physical products (prints, albums, canvases) are available for pickup at our studio. Physical products are typically ready in about six weeks.
5. Edited Images and RAW Files:
Final Images: The edited images in your gallery represent our completed work. We don't provide or sell unedited/RAW files, as these files are not representative of the finished artistic work.
No RAW/unedited File Distribution: Our commitment is to provide you with beautifully edited images! Under no circumstances will unedited/RAW files be given, sold, or distributed to clients. Only fully edited images are deliver to provide you with finished artistic work.
6. Privacy and Model Release:
Your Privacy Matters: Your privacy is important to us. Personal information and photos are kept confidential and will only be shared on our website or social media with your explicit permission, as outlined in your contract.
Model Release: Unless specified otherwise, your signed contract grants Precious Twenty-One Photography permission to use select images for our portfolio and promotional materials.
7. Terms of Sale:
Digital and Print Product Sales: Due to the custom nature of photography products, all sales are final once an order is placed.
Pickup of Print Products: You’re welcome to pick up your beautiful prints and products directly from our studio.
8. Studio Cleanliness and Safety:
Health and Safety First: Please let us know in advance if anyone in your family is feeling unwell, so we can reschedule if needed. For all sessions, we prioritize a clean and comfortable environment.
Allergy and Special Accommodation Requests: If anyone in your group has allergies or special needs, let us know ahead of time so we can make necessary preparations.
Sanitization of Props and Wardrobe: To ensure a safe and clean experience, all props, outfits, wraps, headbands, bonnets, hats, backdrops, gowns, and dresses in our client closet are thoroughly washed and sanitized after each use.
9. Client Satisfaction:
Your Feedback is Valued: We love hearing from you! If there’s anything you’d like to discuss during or after your session, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Image Adjustments: If any adjustments to your final images are needed, we’re happy to offer one complimentary re-edit within 7 days of receiving your gallery. Additional edits may be available for a small fee.
10. Cooperation During the Session:
Creating a Relaxed Experience: We do our best to make everyone feel comfortable and encourage natural expressions and smiles! Please understand, though, that if someone is feeling shy or not cooperating, it may affect their expressions and poses in the final images.
Understanding Session Outcomes: We know little ones have their own personalities, and while we work with their energy and needs, every session’s outcome can be unique.
